CAR SERVICE CITY ORMONDE XAVIER JUNCTION JHB

I would like to complain about the appalling service i received Car Service City Ormonde Xavier Junction in Ormonde JHB. I took my car there as it had some issues with the previous mechanic, lets just say he also was a disaster. They took my chevy spark in as it was not starting there was something wrong with the engine they had to strip it and was told what they found and sent me pictures of damaged parts that needed to be replaced which i agreed and in the end they claim that the car was fixed and they were satisfied with the performance and we paid them R17912.00. 3 weeks after travelling with the car there was a popping sound that came from the engine and only to find that the water pipe for anti freeze came out with a clamp on it, the whole anti freeze came out of the car and eventually had to stop, got some assistance by the road and called them and they told me to bring the car back, which i did with a break down paid by my insurance. On inspection they found out that there's was something wrong with the Cylinder head that needed to be taken to the engineers to have a look at it, I asked why was this not picked up when the car was there the so called Director told me that the Diagonostic machine can't pick up mechanical issues on the car, He said the car had to be stripped and to do that i needed to pay R4500.00 and will take the cylinder to the engineers to look at it and if they find something wrong then will fix whatever problem found and i dont have to pay the R4500.00 and will charge me according to what they found wrong on the car but if i dont go ahead with the m then the stripped will be left like in its dismantled state and will have assemble it myself and tow the car at my own expense out of their premises. I told them not to even begin to strip my car as they failed to take accountability for a return job which they failed to detect whilst the car was in their possession. They are also inflating car parts prices. Someone needs to put a stop on these guys not to continue doing business in this country as they are messing with peoples lives and ******ing hard earned money from hard working citizens of this country. I would advise anyone to think twice before taking your car to CAR SERVICE CITY.
