Very disappointed with Medihelp Medical Aid.My Mother needing a serious neck operation — where the risk of paralysis is high if it’s not done — was told there’s a co-payment of R18 300. This is a huge amount for anyone already facing a medical crisis as a pensioner. It’s heartbreaking that members pay monthly for years expecting support in emergencies, only to face such high out-of-pocket costs when it matters most. Medihelp should review these co-payments and show more care and fairness toward their members.
I recently brought my car in for its second service at Suzuki Boksburg, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During the service, all four of my door panels were removed, and it became apparent that there was an issue with ***** or part swapping. After the service, I noticed that my windows now make a winding noise when opened and closed, which was a clear indication of improper handling. Additionally, the door panels were reattached incorrectly, leading to a skew fit that is both unsightly and concerning. Given these issues, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and can confidently say I will not be purchasing a Suzuki again. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
