Mistreating people

This company American SUV doesn't even deserve any ratings. They mistreat a co worker right in front of us as customers. They insulted a Courier Guy who was there to pick up parcels. After making him wait for 1 hour. The poor guy tried to explain that he is also at work and he has to go to other companies but they teared him down with insults. Xandra and Heinrich and the reception lady all were on him. He even left without most of the parcels as he kept on asking for 2 more parcels but they did not care. This shows that these people don't care about us as customers. They even threatened to report the Courier Guy and telling him that they can make him lose his job but he did nothing wrong. They kept on making lies about him after he left. This is so unacceptable. Poor service delivery
