I am writing this on this festive season with a broken and disappointed heart,I have sent through my documents long time ago I don't know where the delaying is and I really need my money as I am not working at the moment my company sent through the documents as they say however no communication of any sort with the progress of my Provident fund withdrawal, it's almost Christmas and I am so disappointed with service that I am getting.. please let me know or capture my request atleast in order for me to see progress for now I believe my forms are just laying somewhere while I am waiting for money my kids don't have Christmas clothes I don't have food in my place rent is due, please assist me before hunger kills me
My dashboard is not updated every month I must ask for help for me to see my balance and contributions and my contribution for April is not showing they said it will be showed on the 15th I am so tired to struggle to access my money

I have been there 3 times no better service your sales agents are moody and grumpy and so unreasonable behavior happening there it's like you went there to sell ****** stuff they have made made me uncomfortable 3 times I have been there 2 ladies plus their manager,attitude and they don't have approach it's like they giving free money, I will never take my stuff there ever again please tell your stuff to change their behavior it's a pit I don't have name but everyone in tha sales side they rude including their manager
