Happiness is knowing your Broker has your back and your in safe hands
To be honest my feedback regarding this company is different from last year. I truly had some headaches with them last year but with all honestly it was quickly and professionally sorted. I would recommend Apbco to anyone that is looking for professionalism and excellent clientele service. Iwhan Basson has been very helpful and walked the extra mile getting us the best Insurance policy at the best rate possible. Happiness is knowing your brokers has your back and you're in safe hands.

NO CLIENT SERVICE AND THIS FROM A NEWLY APPOINTED DIRECTOR
Worst client service ever. Our broker also a new Director cant even get back to you on your policy deduction queries. They have been deducting money which does not even indicate to the policies that was mailed to us. They do NOT take things off in time as per your requests. They do not refund you as per your REQUEST. They only do as they please, and when you ask them to give you a breakdown on how policy payment - they ignore your emails. Today had to send them another request 4th one by the way which I am pretty sure, I will also get no feedback on. STAY AWAY, FROM APBCO AS A BROKER. YOUR BETTER OFF WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT TAKES CLIENT SERVICE SERIOUS. FEEL LIKE I AM DEALING WITH A CIRCUS.
