Happiness is knowing your Broker has your back and your in safe hands
To be honest my feedback regarding this company is different from last year. I truly had some headaches with them last year but with all honestly it was quickly and professionally sorted. I would recommend Apbco to anyone that is looking for professionalism and excellent clientele service. Iwhan Basson has been very helpful and walked the extra mile getting us the best Insurance policy at the best rate possible. Happiness is knowing your brokers has your back and you're in safe hands.

Happiness is knowing your Broker has your back and your in safe hands

APBCO IS UNREACHABLE AND NON-RESPONSIVE
I am considering cancelling my policy with APBCO as it is impossible to get hold of anybody closely related to APBCO to discuss my policy. Nobody is responding, their website is not functional and none of their listed telephone numbers are working. The number provided in their emails, ie 0861243648 is not even in service. This situation has the potential for a disaster in case of an emergency. Do I pay for a non-existing company?

APBCO IS UNREACHABLE AND NON-RESPONSIVE

NO CLIENT SERVICE AND THIS FROM A NEWLY APPOINTED DIRECTOR
Worst client service ever. Our broker also a new Director cant even get back to you on your policy deduction queries. They have been deducting money which does not even indicate to the policies that was mailed to us. They do NOT take things off in time as per your requests. They do not refund you as per your REQUEST. They only do as they please, and when you ask them to give you a breakdown on how policy payment - they ignore your emails. Today had to send them another request 4th one by the way which I am pretty sure, I will also get no feedback on. STAY AWAY, FROM APBCO AS A BROKER. YOUR BETTER OFF WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT TAKES CLIENT SERVICE SERIOUS. FEEL LIKE I AM DEALING WITH A CIRCUS.

Very bad customer service
Super bad experience. After 4 months trying to claim. Claim was approved after months of struggling. But no money was paid out. The broker constantly declined my call without any assistance or help. No use calling offices either. No one can answer or answers lead to different answers...

Why are joining these brokers because they are not fighting enough for us ?
I am very disappointed with the decision Legacy is taking to remove me at the end of February, becasue they are saying i have claimed 2 times last year. The premium I am paying, they quoted me. Whether there were a lot of claims last year was out of my control. No one wants to claim many times on insurance. They showed me it's fine for them when you are not claiming for years, but once you start claiming, it's a problem. If they want to increase my premium, let it be, but not to cancel my policy. Insurance is a win/win or win/lose situation. Companies should be considerate about these things. Accidents happen every day. Accidents are out of control; hence, they are accidents.
