Very bad customer service
Super bad experience. After 4 months trying to claim. Claim was approved after months of struggling. But no money was paid out. The broker constantly declined my call without any assistance or help. No use calling offices either. No one can answer or answers lead to different answers...

Worst service ever!
Very poor service and damages the parcels. Very unhappy and even if u call customer coplain they keep you on hold or dobt get back to you

Con ARTIST 100% LIARS
Liar and thieves! Avoiding calls when second deadline appears. Block you on truecaller. Whatsapp and facebook. These are the biggest scammers Keeps making excuses of cancer ect. Company policy acording to them is to wait 21 days for refund.. Well its been more than that and as i can see now there are people waiting for over a year.. No money no furniture.. LIARS!
