I am very disappointed with the decision Legacy is taking to remove me at the end of February, becasue they are saying i have claimed 2 times last year. The premium I am paying, they quoted me. Whether there were a lot of claims last year was out of my control. No one wants to claim many times on insurance. They showed me it's fine for them when you are not claiming for years, but once you start claiming, it's a problem. If they want to increase my premium, let it be, but not to cancel my policy. Insurance is a win/win or win/lose situation. Companies should be considerate about these things. Accidents happen every day. Accidents are out of control; hence, they are accidents.
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I am getting with BMW SA. my panoramic roof exploded while i was driving. My car has been sitting at the dealership because BMW SA has one guy to investigate such issues. The issue happened on the 13th of Sep and today is 21st of September still no feedback. They even wanna give me a car ! What a poor service !!!
Never insure your car with FNB. I waited 2 months for my claim to be attended. After 2 month they rejected my claim saying I was speeding when turning a corner. I told them I was being followed by strangers. FNB are scammers !
I submitted my claim on the 5th of Dec for an accident that happened on the 3rd of Dec, Till today I haven't heard anything about the status of the claim. They even went to an extent of getting private investigators involved because they don't want to pay ! Imagine investigating a minor accident ! it is just the rear tyre that came out after hitting the Porthole and Pavement !! there's no damage to the body of the car! i regret the day i joined this insurance after i was warned about them!

i paid off my account in 5 June and ITC has been updated!! i've been calling you guys to close my account......i've been emailing recoveries department ! no answer !!!

Hired a car for a weekend , i returned the car with a minor dent on the number plate . there are telling it takes 2 weeks for them to process my deposit due to the dent on the number plate ....... what a terrible service !!!!!!
