CCTV Direct - Good Service
I purchased two cctv cameras (special price for 2 wifi cameras) online not sure if I will even get them. Received it in about 5 days and had to send one back that had a problem, CCTV Direct arranged a courier to collect the faulty one and 2 days later delivered the replacement. Well done CCTV Direct

Mulitchoice False Advertising
False Advertising Multichoice advertised (during February/March 2025) if you pay R100,00 extra they will upgrade you to the next package. (I have the compact product and thus expected to be upgraded to the premium package) I did that, meeting their criteria by paying the R100,00 within 2 days of my payment date. (My debit order goes off on 3rd of every month) I have phoned Multichoice on 5 different occasions spending on average 15 to 20 minutes on the line using my cellphone. Spoke to two different "Team Leaders" who said the mistake is on their side and they will get back to me. They never did. Their advertising is false!!! It was a marketing strategy to lure customers back. I was going to consider taking the premium package again after one month's viewing on their "marketing deal". I now remember why I cancelled the Premium Package!! Multichoice DSTV is similar to a government institution. Difference is we are paying for it but not getting the service. I will be cancelling my compact product at month end! I look forward to Multichoice's demise!!!
