Poor service
Good day My nephew sees a neurologist he prescribed medication for chronic they won't register it as chronic because it was prescribed by a neuroloog and not a psychiatrist.. Both are specialists so what difference does it make who prescribes it. My sister is upset because she pays them a **** load of money for less. She can't go to another medical aid as this is her company's choice of medical aid. How pathetic..

Uncompassionate
I need a scan because of how complicated i am there is a co payment for the scan. It's R2130 which I don't have so I said I'll make a down payment which they refuse. These people are playing with my life. I get seizures an the ENT can't just treat me. People don't have that kind of money lying around all and every day . I think it's sad.
