I want them to acknowledge that I owe them nothing and make this go away as its affecting my credit score badly. Thank you

I had a loan with them paid up the loan . Was asked to pay R206 (Outstanding balance ) which they deducted. I was called by debt collectors for that balance which I have proof that i paid . I was sent from the manager to consultants with no help . Still nothing even though I forwarded them my bank statement showing the money was deducted and I owe them nothing .
