Power switched off witout notes

Trinety property is the worst by far we are renting a flat in brakpan but since they have taken over the building they have not introduce them selfs but now we have some trubbel frist we where without water for 2 to 3 daes then on 15th of October 2024 they have sended a messages to the cleaner of the flat to switch of our power without any notes and no court order we did send a message stating a problem with my husbands pay we try and contek them but no answer so how do they think is going to replace our food in the freezer when it goes bad or the fackt of my mental state of be in the drak now we i can't be with out a light because i am scared of the dark not abel to sleep without light due to past trauma of the fackt that some of the people here pays more for the same size flat. And a nother thing why is it that this compemeys doors are still open after treating there tends so badly?
