Cancelation Fee
Since I reported this matter to Hello Peter they called and email me to apologize about ignoring me about deductions they made in December 2025 and cancellation of my contact with them and they also agreed now about the deductions they made in December 13 after denying everything .The Problem now they wanted me to pay R730 for cancelling my contacts with them, according to my right .I do not owe them nothing after them delayed the process by their own Purposes of keeping me paying for these tree months. It is them they owe me after they deductions they made in December , because I emailed them to Cancel the contract in November 2025. And how about them turning down my reputation and my Credit Score? After all not trusting everything I told them that they must verify the transactions on their side first before put me do all this.

Bad service and communication ****ers
Bad communication. They only concerned about deductions.when I needed help no one was willing to take me step by step assisting me.then I ended up Email them that I am cancelling the contract.with them and no one boarder to sent me a cancellation form..they ask payments for December while I ask in November to Cancell contract.now when they email me for settlement payment I told them I am no longer your student I ask you to cancel my Contract ,they still want a payment instead of sending me the cancellation form because they put me under Dept review .and affect my Score for December while I new very well that there were supposed to Cancell my Contract on November.be carefully this one ruined people's reputation.
