Stay away - Incredibly unprofessional and overpriced

I had a really disappointing experience at Kudatot in Johannesburg and feel compelled to share it. First off, the lack of professionalism was clear from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed unorganized and didn’t even greet me properly, which set a bad tone for the whole appointment. My stylist showed up late, leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. No apologies or explanations were given for this unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, the actual results were was incredibly subpar. I came in with clear instructions and pictures of what I wanted, but the stylist didn’t seem to listen or understand my needs at all. It was sloppy, rushed, and definitely not worth the price they charge. Considering how many other professional salons there are in Johannesburg, I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time and money. Kudatot seriously needs to work on customer service, punctuality, and overall quality of work. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free, professional experience.
