I bought a premio tablet in May and the tablet stopped functioning. It just froze. It came back and was told it is physically damaged. Yet the customer service centre told me if the screen is not damaged it should be booked in for repairs. I have only had this tablet for 4 months or less and this is the feedback. What a horrible product. Sad thing is Ackerman's connect apparently gets a lot of returns of this brand yet they still lie to customers about the quality. This is so wrong and unacceptable. Will never recommend the product to no one. In fact to nothing. A R1000 for a tablet to only last not even half of the guarantee period !! All the bad words and negatives words to describe this product. It doesn't even deserve a star at All.
