Since I've canceled my other id at home affairs around June 2025 till this day forward the workers of home affairs kuruman when ever I go and ask how far the process is they always have a attitude telling me im not the only one there is a queue
Im writing this review for the 3rd time and no one has spoken to me ,my mother is waiting for her id card since the 23rd of June till now what can the hold up be ,she app**** in kuruman
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother app**** for a smart card id on the 21st of May ,the reason she app**** for a new id was she had two identities one with her correct date of birth and one with an incorrect date of birth she went to cancel the other one and was only left with one id which is her correct date of birth,today is the 1st of July my motere hasn't received her smart card ,and my siblings have to apply for identities cause they are about to write their final exams in matric ,i just wonder how long does canceling an identity take. And will she get her new smart card its now a month and a half waiting for it what's the delay
Good Day ,it's been the second week since my aunt has passed away ,we are failing to prepare her funeral cause of the capitec funeral doesn't pay out ,we had to shift the funeral to this week cause we waiting for the paid out my grandma is the beneficiary it's also stated on the policy contact,and the worst part at the branch they can't tell us anything ,whether the insurance is active or not it's out third time claiming with no luck they keep saying at the Branch we will get an sms if the claim went through or not we claimed last week thrusday till this day we haven't received an sms from the bank.we went in today again it shows error on the system but the consultant managed to submit the claim so he said.what more will it take for the people at capitec bank tell us what's the problem why can't the insurance pay out
My aunt passed away on the 19th of May 2025,we went to Capitec Bank to claim her policy.We went there telling them we do not know who the beneficiary is they said they will call the person whom is suppose to be the beneficiary my father tried to claim cause they had the same surname ,but he was declined we were suppose to bury her this weekend but we can't do to not having enough found ,we as the family do not know whom did she make the beneficiary we pleaded with them to check for us who the beneficiary is so that we can bring that person in so that he/she can come and claim.We just ask for help from them to tell us who the beneficiary is so we can continue with yhe burial
