I have been receiving transfers to the same bank account for 4 years from overseas. Every year I complete the SARB mandate. Suddenly this month October - I received another mandate to complete for SARB but through AZA Finance.... I completed the mandate and was told "Completion Error" They say this is a different bank account and my first transfer. I have been trying to contact them since Tuesday, the phone number is out of service and nobody has responded to my email and complaint forms... The auto-reply promises prompt assistance. So unprofessional - my employer is looking into a different way to send payment as this has been going on since last Friday but I was unaware until Monday. They have attempted twice to make the transfer.
