Aza Finance and Bidwest Bank a shame to South africa
AZA Finance is a Bidvest Bank technology partner for South African payments. AZA Finance staff help to support the mandate signing process so it says onbgoogle. So why do you not put passport number instead of id number if that is what you want in the mandate form. Or educate the staff at Bidwest Bank that an id number is not a passport number? In my passport it very clearly tells you in the English language the words id number and then passport number. Two years in a row the mandate form has not gone through because of this. I tjought this was cleared last year already. Or your mandate form has to be changed to ask for passport number instead of Id number. The now tell me the that a second reason for the mandate not going through was that the Irish Airbnb bank spelt my surname with ö which is impossible on a english written tablet. Are they making things up? Only on a Scandinavien tablet is this possible. Bidwest bank should be educated that if there are letters not existing in the english language you have to change from ö to o which I have done and I am sure the Irish Bank also has done and that is not an issue even if it says ö in my passport. Your handling off the Mandate form are a shame on the country of South Africa.

AZA FINANCE has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and WILL NOT PAY MY MONEY
THE MOST USELESS experience. TWICE! I have some Airbnb's, and every so often AZA/BIDVEST needs me to sign a mandate to release funds coming from Airbnb US. BOTH times, the system, has not worked, I have followed up, and I get someone who HAS NO IDEA how to help. This last time, the one guy told me it was sorted, and cross-border payments will be made, and then I have just been told by a Heidi Pillay, that they HAVEN'T and I need to ask AIRBNB to re-send. ***!!!??? NO ONLINE HELP. NO CONTACT NUMBERS. NO (useful) RESPONSE TO EMAILS. AND THE MANDATES CLEARING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK!!! It says "Name entered does not match what is in the system". I have no other *&$%&ing name!!!! Your system is BROKEN, and your CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTELY and UTTERLY USELESS!!!!

Bad service - no response, no assistance - unprofessional
I have been receiving transfers to the same bank account for 4 years from overseas. Every year I complete the SARB mandate. Suddenly this month October - I received another mandate to complete for SARB but through AZA Finance.... I completed the mandate and was told "Completion Error" They say this is a different bank account and my first transfer. I have been trying to contact them since Tuesday, the phone number is out of service and nobody has responded to my email and complaint forms... The auto-reply promises prompt assistance. So unprofessional - my employer is looking into a different way to send payment as this has been going on since last Friday but I was unaware until Monday. They have attempted twice to make the transfer.

Completely unreliable and faulty service that people are at the mercy of because there is no alternative. Perhaps millions of people's hard earned money are inaccessible to them because their computer system is supposedly down! Trying to contact them is a complete waste, yet they do not mind telling people how good they are on Instagram. If you can, I advise you to avoid them like a plague, as they can care less about you.

"System error" excuse...the jury is still out
Signed the mandate as requested. Received confirmation e-mail. No payment received. Called and was told "it's a system error". NOT ACCEPTABLE !!! And yes, I agree with the other review, suspicious...
