Mandate form system is broken, horrible customer service
I sent overseas money to my South African recipient through Wise last Saturday. It is now Wednesday and my recipient has no access to her money because Bidvest decided that it wasn't going to do anything about their broken mandate form system that continues to give my recipient constant error messages whenever she fills this form out. Good luck trying to reach them as they will never answer emails or phone calls.

The worst company in Africa
Completely unreliable and faulty service that people are at the mercy of because there is no alternative. Perhaps millions of people's hard earned money are inaccessible to them because their computer system is supposedly down! Trying to contact them is a complete waste, yet they do not mind telling people how good they are on Instagram. If you can, I advise you to avoid them like a plague, as they can care less about you.
