Unresolved issue concerning an undelivered item (R159), for which I have yet to receive a refund after more than three weeks. As a loyal customer of many years, I find the ongoing delays and repeated promises of investigation disappointing and frankly unacceptable. It’s not about the amount—R159 is not going to break the bank—but about the principle and the lack of accountability. The way this is being handled makes me feel as though my integrity is in question. I have followed up multiple times, and each time I am told that the matter is still under investigation. At this point, I would appreciate more than just vague responses—I would like concrete action and closure.
Worst EVER as far as admin, claims and payouts are concerned. My doctor apparently owes them from 2021 because they erroneously paid out to the patient instead of the practice. Why are we informed only now, 3 years later ??? And trying to get detail facts and proof seems to be impossible. What a sham !
The company: Be careful when you consider the 7 day return policy as a plus. They actually mean that if you receive the phone BUT WITHOUT TRYING TO USE IT change your mind, you can return it within 7 days. The phone: Definitely NOT for an elderly person who never had a smart phone. The simplified mode is good for normal calls and messages, but using WhatApp is complicated. WhatsApp is in normal smart phone mode, so the touch screen is still difficult to use with arthritis hands.
I bought a Stingray queen size electric blanket thru TakeALot. The one side stopped working after 2 months. I contacted them and was told a courier will fetch the blanket for inspection. at no cost to me. They replaced it and again couriered it to me at no cost. Great service, thank you Leigh !
Quick to respond to a query and to give a quote. Arrived at premises as promised. Workers courteous and knowledgeable. Recommended for sure ! (I dealt with the Jhb-branch)
Signed the mandate as requested. Received confirmation e-mail. No payment received. Called and was told "it's a system error". NOT ACCEPTABLE !!! And yes, I agree with the other review, suspicious...

Such a scam !!! All of a sudden a R501 debit order on my account, whereas the wifi router & data deal I signed up for was for R244. Their call centre (087 654 9882) never answers.
OnePet - what a mission to get a pet policy cancelled FOR A DOG THAT DIED. Even though they paid for the cremation and sent me a "Condolences" gift. Informing them 2 more times to please cancel it and still not done, debit order still going through. I am cancelling my other pet policy as well - the effort to get things done correctly is not worth it any longer.
