They closed a case after issuing a refund, came up with lies and excuses
How am I paying customs again and yet the last order was refunded due to missing items?! How am I paying customs again?! This is a crime! I’m involving my legal team!
I’ve had not internet for the whole day yesterday up until now and when I logged a ticket explaining the urgency I was told automated responses. This is serious. I can not work, the line just stopped working. I was told to reset which I did and nothing is working. I am upset.
