Fantastic service
Their service is top notch 👌. I placed an order on Monday morning, and got my sneakers the next morning. I am really pleased with my purchase, those are the best shoes that have ever happened to me... definitely getting another pair.

Not happy with the service.
MVIA INSURE does not deserve even a single star. I took a tyre replacement cover with them, of which they said I can claim after a three months waiting period, but upon claiming I was told that they are declining my claim because my tyres are not due for replacement. I laid a complaint with their complaints department but they haven't resolved my issue to date. It is quite frustrating to sign up for a policy/cover but not be assisted when you claim. Do we have to drive till the tyres are slippery and cause accidents before they can be replaced? I definitely wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone. Unhappy client.

MVIA Insure is a ****
Mvia insure does not even deserve a single star. I took a tyre cover with them and now they are refusing to deliver when I claim for the replacement of tyres. I laid a complaint with their complaints department but my issue is still not resolved. NB: they even want a cancelation fee when I want to cancel the policy, something their consultant did not tell me when he signed me up. Their conduct causes me to have so little faith in short term insurance. Advice to fellow South Africans, DO NOT, I mean STAY AWAY from MVIA insure.
