I collect my car on the 14th of February 2025 and the wipes pipe was broken even today they didn't fix it I went several times at Hyundai woodmead using my petrol and they always tell me sorry we order it and even though you ask for a manager it's still the same
They did not send my funeral claim from September till today.
I did claim last month at kingdom blue they say my claim was approved 3 weeks back and I must wait for 72 hours even now I didn't get any cash from kingdom blue am always calling them they always say I will get back to you.I did spoke to an agents called Nkosikhona, Karabo, Gontsi, Thandekile Tshabalala, Thandekile I don't know her surname, Thubelihle, Wellington, Zameer etc only Zameer coming back to me the rest I think they know what's going on there and I ask to speak to their manager they refused I don't know what kind of a company is that and they always debit me extra and I asked them for refund coz I want to use my money they said all refund paid every Friday they didn't pay me again please assist why they took 4 weeks to pay my claim after they said it was approved 3 weeks back if I may ask is the finance department not doing their jobs or is the kingdom blue funeral policy not paying their customers?
