I had a 5-year contract with Kingdom Blue Funeral that included a no claim cash back offer. Despite making all payments as agreed and not making any claims, they refused to pay out the cash back when I requested it. The agreement clearly states this benefit, but they seem unwilling to honor it. - Refused to pay no claim cash back as per contract - Poor customer service and lack of communication If you’re considering Kingdom Blue Funeral be cautious. Be prepared to fight for what you're owed. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but they still haven't resolved the issue.

The worst organization to work for, they treat field agents as trash, they sell us lies on training when employing us, we go on field on daily basis selling thier products and getting insults from clients but we still push to sell but when it's time for them to pay our commissions they don't pay. Am so heart broken I am a young mother struggling to keep food on table and with the little that I make from Kingdom blue thought I could help but no, they don't wanna pay us after working entire month, when you inquire they ignore you now I was even kicked out where I stay cause I haven't gotten paid for two months now while Managers like Sizwe and Matsotso keep pushing people to sell and promising us lies. Won't recommend any one to join that organization, they treat field agents as *******, we are invisible to them.

I took out a funeral policy with Kingdom Blue and was promised a 50% cash back after 5 years of consistent payments. I reached the 5-year mark and submitted my claim in September 2024. There has been no proper feedback, no transparency, and no clear timeline from Kingdom Blue. This delay is unacceptable, and it makes me question whether this cash back is a legitimate offering or just a marketing gimmick. If anyone else has had the same experience—or has actually received their cash back—I would really appreciate hearing from you. People deserve to know the truth before signing up for this policy. I am also escalating this to the FSCA and Ombudsman for Long-Term Insurance, as I believe this may be misleading conduct. Please be cautious before committing to any Kingdom Blue policy.

What a shamefull service you guys provide for us. My sister has been applying for a cash back, she has been your client for over 5years now. Its easy for you to accept cash but you take months and months to process the cash back. You are ****mers, *****. Its time people realise what kind of a bullsh*t your services are. You don't have any descency or humanity, you taking away from the poor, people who are trying to make a living, who think they could rely on you. Our tears cannot fall into the ground. You think you're clever but one day you will reap what you saw. Idiots.

Kingdom blue is full of ****. I have been waiting from July for my 50% cash back till today. Last week l contacted one of the agents and was informed all is still under assessment. I even offered to provide all proof from my side to show l have been paying till date. Recently my uncle went to the offices to ask in regards about his claim and the told him it was rejected due to policies that they changed mind you he was not informed about that he had to go and enquire. Kingdom blue stop treating people like dogs we are human beings. That is not how you run a business. Kingdom blue is a **** stay away from KINGDOM BLUE

I did claim last month at kingdom blue they say my claim was approved 3 weeks back and I must wait for 72 hours even now I didn't get any cash from kingdom blue am always calling them they always say I will get back to you.I did spoke to an agents called Nkosikhona, Karabo, Gontsi, Thandekile Tshabalala, Thandekile I don't know her surname, Thubelihle, Wellington, Zameer etc only Zameer coming back to me the rest I think they know what's going on there and I ask to speak to their manager they refused I don't know what kind of a company is that and they always debit me extra and I asked them for refund coz I want to use my money they said all refund paid every Friday they didn't pay me again please assist why they took 4 weeks to pay my claim after they said it was approved 3 weeks back if I may ask is the finance department not doing their jobs or is the kingdom blue funeral policy not paying their customers? The worst funeral policy ever not honest.App**** for cash back in February 2024 .Told it would be paid out in 30 working days till today its being processed .Honesty is something far from them..Besides being ridiculously expensive .Their customer service is also terrible.They issued a statement saying payments will be made as from February 2025 .That's a joke.Will they even be still operating?.I want my cash back
