Policy Claim

Kingdom blue is full of ****. I have been waiting from July for my 50% cash back till today. Last week l contacted one of the agents and was informed all is still under assessment. I even offered to provide all proof from my side to show l have been paying till date. Recently my uncle went to the offices to ask in regards about his claim and the told him it was rejected due to policies that they changed mind you he was not informed about that he had to go and enquire.
