I took out a funeral policy with Kingdom Blue and was promised a 50% cash back after 5 years of consistent payments. I reached the 5-year mark and submitted my claim in September 2024. It’s now [insert current month and year], and despite numerous follow-ups, I still have not received my cash back.
There has been no proper feedback, no transparency, and no clear timeline from Kingdom Blue. This delay is unacceptable, and it makes me question whether this cash back is a legitimate offering or just a marketing gimmick.
If anyone else has had the same experience—or has actually received their cash back—I would really appreciate hearing from you. People deserve to know the truth before signing up for this policy.
I am also escalating this to the FSCA and Ombudsman for Long-Term Insurance, as I believe this may be misleading conduct.
Please be cautious before committing to any Kingdom Blue policy.
