I had a 5-year contract with Kingdom Blue Funeral that included a no claim cash back offer. Despite making all payments as agreed and not making any claims, they refused to pay out the cash back when I requested it. The agreement clearly states this benefit, but they seem unwilling to honor it. - Refused to pay no claim cash back as per contract - Poor customer service and lack of communication If you’re considering Kingdom Blue Funeral be cautious. Be prepared to fight for what you're owed. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but they still haven't resolved the issue.
Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint about a bad treatment we received from a WATA taxi driver. The taxi was from Zola north in soweto to Noord johannesburg, the taxi apparently broke down on the way and the driver without communicating to us stopped in Newton. He stopped another taxi that was half full and told us to all get it there. We were 15 in total, mind you this is 13 seater quantum and he wanted us to squeeze into a half full taxi all of us. A lot of people got in and most of them were standing, the four of us remained, expecting him to get another taxi for us but he didn't, telling us we were supposed to all get into that taxi, he continued swearing at us saying we must see how we get to our destinations.

The taxi registration number: CY 33 GM Gp, we tried calling the number that is written on the taxi and WATA with no luck.

I hope this issue will be addressed.

Regards
Zethu kunene
0787178872
Hi

I'm very disappointed with the service I received when calling Best home and electric in Lenasia, the person who answered the phone is Zanele Puleng Tshabala (according to Dumsani Maluleke). I was calling to find out how much is my monthly instalment as I bought couches at Swaziland but because I stay in Johannesburg I want to make payments in a Johannesburg branch. The lady said she can't check with the account number and that I need to call Swaziland for whatever information i need about the account. I then asked her if they have the Swaziland number, she said NO ( which is probably possible). When I asked her for the head office number (for me to the Swaziland numbers), she said she doesn't know them either. When asking her where I can get contact details she hung up the phone on my ear.

To my surprise when I called again I spoke to Dumsani Maluleke who was able to give me what I needed using the very same account number that I gave to Zanele Puleng Tshabalala.

I hope you find the above in order.

Regards
hi

On Friday the 24th of July I sent an sms to place an order and Natasha called me on Sunday regarding my order and on our conversation I clearly stated that I need the order to be delivered on Wednesday 29th not after that otherwise I won't need it as I'm leaving on thursday so she should confirm if it will be possible or not and when should I make the payment for it to be possible. She agreed that I will receive my order on Wednesday if I make the payment on the 27th and I did exactly that. On Tuesday I called homechoice to check my order I spoke to Lisa who asked me to email through my Pop and I did. When I called again I spoke to Linda Hlonela who was so rude w
and told me to fax the Pop and attention it to Merle and I did. Then I spoke to Natalie Tonkerman who told me it won't be possible for me to get the order on time and should I cancel the refund takes 72 hours. Natalie told me she'll send the query through to her manager and the mmanager will come back to me, well I'm still waiting. I called homechoice now and the payment reflects but they still can't tell whether I'll get my order or not. This is not appropriate, If I wasn't given the wrong info. I wouldn't have ordere
