Disappointing customer service from Kingdom Blue Funeral

I had a 5-year contract with Kingdom Blue Funeral that included a no claim cash back offer. Despite making all payments as agreed and not making any claims, they refused to pay out the cash back when I requested it. The agreement clearly states this benefit, but they seem unwilling to honor it.
