Ordered fibre via online portal, mentioned that I had fibre installed already, all went well Received a message back saying that the HOA declined my install for the estate for a fibre line installe... I am on the HOA and we never received such communication, besides the fibre is installed already and was mentioned on the initial request Rep**** twice, no response Can really say the service has dropped from Vox
Empty promises. A month later, no product, no refund, empty promises
No response and unlawful debit orders; I cancelled my services in January, and still being debited in July; their response "oops". Trying to sort this out over mail is impossible as their emails bounce back, and they keep hiding behind emails. Kaelo/Centriq WILL just debit you and not provide a reason or feedback; STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. So Centriq underwrites Kaelo; Kaelo are useless in replying and sorting out a matter; Centriq just doesn't give a damn
Cancelled the insurance in January, they still owe 3 months worth of payments back to me. AGAIN, tried to debit me this morning 10199144
Logged multiple requests and emails; Pathetic service, no response after weeks, can mail and phone till your blue, they wont reply. No wonder their motors dont work #377228
Liberty refuses to pay out my investment and retirement fund. flat out refuses. They deducted R4k in error in December, and R2k this month. WHY!?!
Since signing my retirement and investment portfolios a month has not gone by without issues, first they debit 4X the amount signed, due to human error, this was credited after a week, so thank you. Now all of a sudden they are unable to deduct every second month from my account, one month everything runs off as fine, the next it skips for 2 months saying it was returned by the bank. I then go to the bank, confirm there has been sufficient funds, and then ask Liberty to try again, then it works. Back and Forth. Back and Forth. Look I understand that these things happen, but every 2 months I get a mail, " you are behind in payments/payments rejected". We all confirmed funds in there, the bank, me and liberty, but still this happens. Eventually gave up, cancelled both policies, now get 8 full length documents to sign just to leave because Liberty *****ed up, NO! keep your documents, roll them up into a tiny ball and you know what to do then. ref: ********** 237
