Pick n Pay Licence Service - TERRIBLE
Paid for vehicle licence disc from Pick n Pay in December 2022. Nearly FIVE MONTHS LATER I have not received my licence disc. Communication from this company is extremely poor. STAY AWAY from PICK n PAY and CLAIMS EXPERT. Look at their Google reviews. Terrible.

Poor admin / communication
Installed an aircon at my house. Never gave me the correct invoice. I emailed them 4 times over the course of nearly 3 months to ask for a correct invoice. They never replied to my emails. Only after threatening with a lawyer did they send me an invoice.

CONTINUES DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLATION
Like so many other customers complaining about this company here on Hellopeter, I have cancelled my policy with Mixtelematics but they keep on debiting my account. I have sent numerous emails to Nombulelo Luthuli and also an email to the manager Botsana Ramashala. Both these persons ignores my correspondence and never reply. I have even cancelled the debit order at my bank, but the company just reinstated it. It is absolutely criminal what this company does.
