Claim payout
Hit a pothole and did not have rim cover with my insurance. Claim expert assisted and I managed to get 60% of the initial amount spend to fix the damaged rim after 8 months, There was constant updates provided.

very poor service and ***********
i Joined absa insurance and they told me that it covers my rims and tyres and they told me they work with claims experts, been trying to call them and nothing very bad service its been 2 weeks now waiting for the claim form they had to send for me to claim for my rim and tyre, very *********** and wouldnt want someone to join such claims companies.... bull****

WARNING!
If I could give 0 stars - that would be the appropriate allocation of service. I paid for 2 vehicle license discs in January 2023. I have been in constant contact with them since payment, as courier payments were also made for the delivery of said license discs. It is December 2023. I have still not received ANY discs. I tried to renew my licenses - and I have penalties from 2022! Meaning that Claims Expert *****ulently took my money, never paid the actual licenses and now I have to pay penalties due to their incompetence. This business should be shut down.

If I could give 0 stars - that would be the appropriate allocation of service. I paid for 2 vehicle license discs in January 2023. I have been in constant contact with them since payment, as courier payments were also made for the delivery of said license discs. It is December 2023. I have still not received ANY discs. I tried to renew my licenses - and I have penalties from 2022! Meaning that Claims Expert *****ulently took my money, never paid the actual licenses and now I have to pay penalties due to their incompetence. This business should be shut down.

HIGHEST LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE
I have instructed them to lodge a claim with Tshwane municipality on the 05 may 2021. 2 and half years later, nothing has been been done. They do not even have a mere reference number of my claim yet they say it was lodged but there is no proof of lodgment. every time I call they tell some sob stories. I am so fed up. I do not understand why they call themselves experts? because they know nothing about the claims at all. they were not even aware that prescription is looming . Our insurance is not taking us seriously by partnering with them.

Paid for vehicle licence disc in December 2022. Nearly FIVE MONTHS LATER I have not received my licence disc. Communication from this company is extremely poor. STAY AWAY from PICK n PAY and CLAIMS EXPERT. Look at their Google reviews. Terrible.
