Mattress & Couch Centurion warehouse
I bought a Casablanca coffee table there and paid R350 delivery fee. Upon delivery the table had scratches, I then returned it on those basis. The delivery guy was EXTREMELY rude! They then refuse to deliver the right table and o has to organised my own transport and they refused to refund me my money. The quality of the table 0/10. Within a a month it was already peeling. I would never ever buy anything in that store nor advise anyone to buy furniture there. Their quality is extremely poor and their service is horrible.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY: ******* @ it’s BEST
ABSOLUTELY *******!!!! Order number:146483 This specific order was completely *******. It smelled nothing close to the flavours ; also the scent is extremely weak; u won’t even tell that I am wearing a perfume. I have bought the same flavours multiple times before and they were so great . But this ******* that they delivered on Thursday; yeeer. It was a complete waste of my money !!!

ABSA Kolonade Mall Branch
Today I went to the branch at kolonade mall I waited for 51 minutes without being assisted. There were ni customers in front of me and also at 4 consultant they had no customer for Atleast 21 minutes and they still did not call me. Lastweek I came they told me the manager is in a meeting and they cannot authorise my transaction. The service at the consultants is disgusted to say the least.

Debonairs Kolonade mall
Debonairs Kolonade mall. I bought tripple decker large pizza today around just before 13:00 paid cash(R200) When we got home ; the pizza was extremely dry, with few ingredients. I have never been so disappointed. If I was still close by I would return the ******* they sold me.

I have been expecting my delivery that is long overdue. It is just not forthcoming. They are using unreliable LMS logistics that just doesn’t render the service at all.

Most HORRIBLE logistics I ever came across. My order is extremely long overdue. They keep updating that the order will be delivered. If there was minus Zero I would rate it that!!!!

Great service and good food.
#BLACKFRIDAY The complex itself was very clean with visible security guards especially coz it was at night. The service @ steers drive through was amazing; fast moving que and cashiers served with a smile. The burger was very juicy and fresh as expected!

Cosmetic ladies dnt know their products.
#BLACKFRIDAY This is was @ Clicks kolonade Mall. I wanted to buy skin Republic products. Cz there are so many I asked one of the floor ladies there who seem to be assigned for cosmetic. Ai shame she knew nothing about the products at all. She more confused than I was, I had to call the person who recommended the product to assist which one can I buy.

Most Amazing Service!!!
The one at Kolonade Mall is the best ever. The que may be long but rest assured and moves extremely quick. From dispensary; clinic; salon the staff on the floor !!! Their services are just AMAZING. Always made me feel like I am the only customer😄
