i Joined absa insurance and they told me that it covers my rims and tyres and they told me they work with claims experts, been trying to call them and nothing

very bad service its been 2 weeks now waiting for the claim form they had to send for me to claim for my rim and tyre, very *********** and wouldnt want someone to join such claims companies.... bull****
