Have been trying online and with the "call Centre " to get tax documents, no response on LinkedIn account no response on twitter, their direct help line and email have been saying they have escalated it to their team for 3 weeks now. can't get a single person to actually help me just get my tax doc for 25! pathetic, will be moving my funds.
Traveled to JHb for a CSI conference and was given a list of things we would experience and people we would hear from , very little came through , talks off topic and a poor turn out , cost was high . people complained and made it known and then they send us a letter after hearing our grievances offering a 30% discount on the next summit . As if anyone is going to waste their money to attend after what we experienced . shocking and clear disregard for the basic business practices
