Bad service

I bought a white fleece short on the 20th at clothing junction jubilee crossing, When i bought they didn't explain that we are not allowed to fit the white clothes, if they had placed someone at the fitting room none of this would have happened, because I wanted to make an exchange today they refused they told me the item is dirty, they cannot accept it and i feel they were rude to me,the manner in which they approached the situation and it's not my fault as they didn't put a sign or someone at the fitting room
