The attorneys sent me an email informing me that due to our business relationship and being an existing client of MDV Developments, the developer has decided not to penalize me R20 000 instead they will only take R5000 which is non refundable. They have paid me as discussed with the attorneys. 😊 Thank you so much MDV I really appreciate it.

Take the R20 000 penalty and give me my R30 000 back I seriously need my money as soon as possible.
They're selling townhouses in Wilfordon, they called me and did a credit check and I qualified. Thus was in July. After doing all my calculations I realized that I wont afford to pay 2 mortgages because I bought a house from them in ext 11 in less than a year. So after paying R50 000 deposit, I called the attorneys to withdraw my application they said I would have to pay R20 000 for cancelation but they will wait for instruction from MDV to give me back my R30 000. I've been emailing and calling them giving them a go ahead to take R20 000 and give me my R30 000 back but I'm never getting a clear answer as to when I'm getting my money back. I seriously need my hard earned money, I'm not a company I'm a single woman who is working hard. I'm losing R20 000 but why is is so difficult to instruct the attorneys to give me my R30 000 back. I feel like they're punishing me for refusing to over indebt myself. They just want a sale and my financial well being doesn't matter to them. I hope now someone will get back to me with a date for getting my money back.
