MDV Developments in roodeport their services are very poor since are reported door ND the cracks on the wall ND tile as well last February even now they never come ND fix is been a year now I regret being buying a house with mdv ND I don't even encourage someone to buy a house with mdv they are very poor I don't wanna lie

Mdv development are having sinking holes on the are yard different yard. please dnt even take chance buying house on them

Problem with everything (roof leaks,pipe burst,door crack,
Guys please don't buy any property from mdv development,there's always an issue when it come to their property,they said they fix the door,roof but it still leaks when you tell them they say their warrant is 1year.they bring their unqualified people to fix the issue,but after that you experience the same issue same spot.p PLEASE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DONT BUY THEIR PROPERTY ESPECIALLY WILFORDON IN ROODEPOORT

The attorneys sent me an email informing me that due to our business relationship and being an existing client of MDV Developments, the developer has decided not to penalize me R20 000 instead they will only take R5000 which is non refundable. They have paid me as discussed with the attorneys. 😊 Thank you so much MDV I really appreciate it.

The attorneys sent me an email informing me that due to our business relationship and being an existing client of MDV Developments, the developer has decided not to penalize me R20 000 instead they will only take R5000 which is non refundable. Take the R20 000 penalty and give me my R30 000 back I seriously need my money as soon as possible.
They're selling townhouses in Wilfordon, they called me and did a credit check and I qualified. Thus was in July. After doing all my calculations I realized that I wont afford to pay 2 mortgages because I bought a house from them in ext 11 in less than a year. So after paying R50 000 deposit, I called the attorneys to withdraw my application they said I would have to pay R20 000 for cancelation but they will wait for instruction from MDV to give me back my R30 000. I've been emailing and calling them giving them a go ahead to take R20 000 and give me my R30 000 back but I'm never getting a clear answer as to when I'm getting my money back. I seriously need my hard earned money, I'm not a company I'm a single woman who is working hard. I'm losing R20 000 but why is is so difficult to instruct the attorneys to give me my R30 000 back. I feel like they're punishing me for refusing to over indebt myself. They just want a sale and my financial well being doesn't matter to them. I hope now someone will get back to me with a date for getting my money back.

unpainted cracks

Unvanished doors
I'm disappointed again my doors are broken there's hole in between doors,they promise to fix then they came and replace one door.then they didn't finish vanishing it,now I just saw their workers vanishing one of our near by neighborhood when I ask them to come vanish mine they they say next week which will always be next week.theres heavy storms almost every week this door will get damaged also.i still say guys make the right decision when you buy property.do search first they only assst you when you rate them here beside that they don't

MDV developers-Roodepoort is s#!t
Worst decision ever. Do not buy from these guyz MDV developers-Roodepoort is s#!t. The developers do not care at all about their customers. I have moved in last year in November 2023 from the 1st day the doors were not aligned well and damaged. Was promised they will fix the doors before end of December. Now we in mid March and this is still not fixed. Worst the house is now clearly showing cracks and still no one seems to care. Always empty promises. My neighbors meters are leaking, roof leaks, sink holes problems are endless here. Cheap materials were used to build these houses and their management are always rude. They need to be stopped from doing any construction. It doesn't make sense how most of these houses were even approved.

Worst decision ever. Do not buy from these guyz MDV developers-Roodepoort is s#!t. The developers do not care at all about their customers.
