BE AWARE OF ****MER AT FLORIDA LICENSING DEPARTMENT,My husband was ****med there it looks like security works with ****mers there.they don’t even put a note ti say they don’t issue licenses disk, there’s a circle of ****mers from security to workers DONT GO THERE PLEASE !!!!

Problem with everything (roof leaks,pipe burst,door crack,
Guys please don't buy any property from mdv development,there's always an issue when it come to their property,they said they fix the door,roof but it still leaks when you tell them they say their warrant is 1year.they bring their unqualified people to fix the issue,but after that you experience the same issue same spot.p PLEASE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DONT BUY THEIR PROPERTY ESPECIALLY WILFORDON IN ROODEPOORT

Baadddddddd service
Im here to complain about my delayed order, when I order online mrpricehome at inner court (Jhb kerk street) was not closed,I order on the 3rd of September even today my order/refund I have not received. I tried going there the shop is closed I call customer service they said my order will be returned back to the warehouse and refund my money back to my account. I’m so ****ed off their Service ,I just want my money back that all they can keep their good. They must update their online shop selection cause now that kerk shop is closed I can’t get any help from anyone.i would rate you 0 I will never ever order from mrprice hom online. Very disorganised

Unvanished doors
I'm disappointed again my doors are broken there's hole in between doors,they promise to fix then they came and replace one door.then they didn't finish vanishing it,now I just saw their workers vanishing one of our near by neighborhood when I ask them to come vanish mine they they say next week which will always be next week.theres heavy storms almost every week this door will get damaged also.i still say guys make the right decision when you buy property.do search first they only assst you when you rate them here beside that they don't

Poor service delivery
Their drivers don’t care about our parcel,I just wish buffalo didn’t give them my parcel.i wish they could return it back to buffalo cause buffalo’s courier never Disappoint me at all.their driver don’t call or communicate when you ask customer service they say driver say he will deliver or they can’t get hold of the driver

I’m here to say after my complaint Mdv came back to us and explain everything they was a misunderstanding.Ashley called us and update , we will move in in our house this October.I hope she also help others thanks Ashley we appreciate.

Bad service and empty promise
Me and my husband bought the house last year September (2022)and promise to move in may this year(2023).please guy don’t even bother to buy any property at Wilfordon,their full of empty promise.as I’m talking I’m waiting for the keys but the house is finished. I wana take them to television shows were I expose them and help other not to experience their bad service.please don’t buy no matter how you think is cheap you will wait forever.now is September 2023 a full year still with no keys
