Im so disappointed in the service I received from pep home online, I bought few Items and I was given a broken bowl in November till today I haven't received my refund being assisted by *********** staff member who cannot resolve a simple query being put from one agent to another. I don't understand why would pep home implement something that they cannot resolve query for and hire *********** people who can't do their job.
high data enquiry Consultant by the name of Dieketseng along with her Team leader Dikeledi were unable to assist me with the lost data after talking to them for the whole 3 hours. all they did was to round around circle without any concrete information with regards to what happened to my data then the team leader promised to call me back around 8:15. I waited for the call only to receive a message around 9 o clock to inform me that she called me back. all i want is to cancel my contract as there is no transparency in this company along with their *********** consultants
KFC roodepoort never has salt(chillies) and they don't inform their customers, you will only see that whenever you unpack your food😏
I went to exact in Westgate Shopping Centre to take out my laybye, I was assist by a very rude cashier by the name of Boitumelo. She made me wait for a full hour as she was busy encountering system issues without notifying me and she then later advised me to go withdraw money from the atm as she is unable to assist. I couldn't stand that lady's attitude and I believe Exact can hire staff with good customer service because wow.
I bought wings twice at chicken licken in braamfisher road randburg and the wings didn't taste great. There were a slightly spoiled and I contact the manager all they said was they are sorry but no one has even complained about it. I was very disappointed.
I called the mrp group call centre regarding my sheetstreet acc and I was assisted by sindisiwe from acc enquiry who was very rude and had a very bad attitude to be working wit client.
since last year Dec, They promised to re paint my house due to cracks till today. I was advised that they have ran out of paint in Dec and it's already April now,havent received any feedback from them, They installed burnt geyser element. This company is just a ****.
Worst service ever, da agents r useless, looks like they dnt even know what they are doing. There is never internet access.
