This company is actually a sophisticated ****mer. My wife was a victim. They offer their generic Chinese manufactured car radios that, if you are lucky, work 80% of the time - only one radio station works without severe static even when they added a booster. The radio connects via Android Auto randomly, not consistently. They have been asked for assistance several times but they mostly communicate with WhatsApps and many days can go by without them communicating with you. They then seem to be very helpful but when eventually asking for a refund because the problems cannot be fixed, they respond with the consumer act saying that too much time has gone by. Rather go to a supplier with a proper shop who actually offers reputable radios with a one year guarantee at less than Eargasm offers.
