Unreliable Vendor
issing Documentation: The unit arrived without any hard copy or electronic manual. Unknown Brand/Model: The company cannot provide the brand and model information of the unit. No Warranty: I did not receive a warranty certificate. Installation Issue: A day after they installed it, a part of my dashboard came loose. Unreliable Connection: The unit is not Android Auto certified and relies on the unstable "Zlink" app to connect to my phone. Poor Radio Reception: The radio is only able to tune into a single station. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Eargasm.

Eargasm Car Audio Technoloy - beware!
This radio is sold as a plug-and-play radio but this is not true - I have actually been ****med by this company. Though the seller sounds truly concerned that there are problems (severe static on the radio, inconsistent connection via Android Auto, no guarantee certificate, an online manual that has been very poorly translated from Chinese), they manage to delay their responses (mostly WhatsApp) and by the time you are truly fed-up and frustrated, they throw the consumer act for electronic goods to you by saying too much time has gone by and they cannot refund you because of this. In hindsight, if I had shopped around a bit more, I would have found a reputable company with a shop in Centurion that would have offered a similar radio at a lower price.

This company is actually a sophisticated ****mer. My wife was a victim. They offer their generic Chinese manufactured car radios that, if you are lucky, work 80% of the time - only one radio station works without severe static even when they added a booster. The radio connects via Android Auto randomly, not consistently. They have been asked for assistance several times but they mostly communicate with WhatsApps and many days can go by without them communicating with you. They then seem to be very helpful but when eventually asking for a refund because the problems cannot be fixed, they respond with the consumer act saying that too much time has gone by. Rather go to a supplier with a proper shop who actually offers reputable radios with a one year guarantee at less than Eargasm offers.

Here's a summary of my problems: Missing Documentation: The unit arrived without any hard copy or electronic manual. Unknown Brand/Model: The company cannot provide the brand and model information of the unit. No Warranty: I did not receive a warranty certificate. Installation Issue: A day after they installed it, a part of my dashboard came loose.
