Eargasm Car Audio Technoloy - beware!

This radio is sold as a plug-and-play radio but this is not true - I have actually been ****med by this company. Though the seller sounds truly concerned that there are problems (severe static on the radio, inconsistent connection via Android Auto, no guarantee certificate, an online manual that has been very poorly translated from Chinese), they manage to delay their responses (mostly WhatsApp) and by the time you are truly fed-up and frustrated, they throw the consumer act for electronic goods to you by saying too much time has gone by and they cannot refund you because of this. In hindsight, if I had shopped around a bit more, I would have found a reputable company with a shop in Centurion that would have offered a similar radio at a lower price.
