I recently purchased a Vectron inverter from an online store called livesustainable.co.za. After just one night of use, I noticed a major issue — the inverter drained my batteries significantly more than my previous inverter, despite running the exact same load. Clearly, something was wrong. I immediately contacted the store to request a return and refund. To my surprise, they flatly refused, saying that because I had used the inverter, they would not take it back. This is completely unreasonable — how else is a customer supposed to discover a fault without actually using the product? This experience has left me with an expensive inverter that is of no use to me. I expected far better service and support from a business operating in such a critical and technical field. Instead, I was met with a rigid, dismissive attitude and zero willingness to resolve the issue. I strongly caution others against buying from livesustainable.co.za. If something goes wrong, don't expect help — just excuses.

I have a Premier Select Fusion account and a credit card. Your price guide states that credit card fees are included in the Fusion account fees. However, for some reason, FNB does not honor this and has now changed my credit card fees without warning. I would have canceled my credit card if I had been aware of these charges. I could have saved all these fees if FNB notified me of these charges. I expect better for FNB!
I have a debit order for about R 3000 on my business account which goes off at the 15th of each month. I always make sure I have enough money in the account so it can go through. This month for some reason the debit order was for R3400 which caused my account to go into R300 in overdraft. So FNB charged me a R155 penalty fee, which is really excessive and feels like daylight recovery!
I have a RMB business account and someone has changed my account to a savings account without my permission. The problem now is that I can not make any payments for my business which cause me lots of stress. It is totally unacceptable that that they can just change my account like this without even notifying me.
About 3 months ago I received a sms that I can get two free credit cards with my business account. So I apply for for one as it would help me. The process is really painful as I have to fill in numerous documents. I also had to follow up numerous times and get my personal banker involved. Now after I went through all this pain they inform me that by law they can give me a credit card as my business is a trust. It is really ridiculous that they encourage me to get a credit card if there is no chance that I can get one. They just wasted a lot of my time, I am really upset.
I have bought their tantalize stevia extract because I don't want to comsume sugar. Their label say no sugar added, but if you look at the i ingredients it does contain fruit sugar. I fact it actually contains 40% sugar. This is very unethical of them¡
I received a sms that the courier is at my premises but nobody was at the gate. So I phoned their landline, the lady told me that she couldn't find me parcel after giving her my ID. What a waste of my time!
