Disappointing Experience with Eargasm

I recently purchased an Android Auto unit from Eargasm for my new Isuzu and faced numerous issues. Here's a summary of my problems:

Missing Documentation: The unit arrived without any hard copy or electronic manual.

Unknown Brand/Model: The company cannot provide the brand and model information of the unit.

No Warranty: I did not receive a warranty certificate.

Installation Issue: A day after they installed it, a part of my dashboard came loose.

Unreliable Connection: The unit is not Android Auto certified and relies on the unstable "Zlink" app to connect to my phone.

Poor Radio Reception: The radio is only able to tune into a single station.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Eargasm.
