This is just a heads up that this place is a ****! I ordered a jersey cause I was told that I could get it by Christmas. After following up closer to the time, I was told there was a possibility I would not get it so I requested a refund on the 17th of December. I was told it would take 5 business days, so I expected my refund on the 24th of December. It’s now the 31st of December and I have been sending messages on WhatsApp and instagram and I am getting no response. I tried calling the number, that lady picks up but claims it’s a wrong number even though it’s registered on true caller as the businesses name! Just a heads up to anyone who searches this place before purchasing, DON’T! It’s a ****!
I would rate them minus if I could! Absolutely pathetic service from Vox! I had cancelled my account in July 2024 and my last payment would be August 2024. I then moved out of my place and the person that was occupying my place used the wifi for the last month which was August. I received an email from them stating they would come and collect the router on the 2nd of September 2024, I received a phone call the day before asking if I would be at home, I told them no, the occupant would be home on the 3rd and gave his number to the Vox employee. No one came to collect nor did anyone try and call me or the person that was staying at my place. On the 16th of October the occupant let me know that Vox had still not collected the router so I tried contacting them with no response. The next day I received an invoice from Vox stating I owe them R2000. So I called them asking why do I owe them money if my account was canceled in July. The agent told me that they had attempted to come on the 2nd of September and were unsuccessful so they had to reinstate my account and continue charging me for the next 3 months WITHOUT COMMUNICATION. So I said I had no communication of this, and they only tried to come once and I had still made arrangements for them to come collect the next day, the agent then responds saying they only do 1 attempt. Now I have to make my own arrangements to drop off the hardware in Centurion ( Mind you, I stay 1 hour away) before Saturday or they are going to debit my account OF R2000! Absolutely pathetic service from Vox! I will never be a customer again!
