Absolutely PATHETIC customer service, I brought my car in for a quote and the guy that helped me had a look at my car never evens give me a chance to explain what all needs to be done on my vehicle the more I want to explain to him he cuts me off and then told me straight they can't fix it I should go to one of the smaller panel beater businesses and he was extremely arrogant when speaking, they don't have a way of speaking to their customers I will never recommend them to anyone Really now? For a big business like you guys can't evens fit a bumper, bonnet and spray. *** SERVICE

Despite numerous calls and emails, I've received zero feedback on the status of my claim. The delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the absence of transparency has left me feeling neglected. As a policyholder, I expect prompt service and clear communication.
