I am would write to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your store on Saturday, 26 October. During my visit to Checkstar Mount Edgecombe, I was treated very poorly by one of your cashiers, Ms. P Ntuli.When I attempted to purchase groceries and requested R1500 cash back, as advised by the manager, Ms. Ntuli’s behavior was unacceptable. She made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed in front of other customers. Despite using till number 2, which did not have cash back, her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, treating me as if I were a beggar.Such treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. I hope you will address this issue promptly to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unpleasant experience.
