Simmons Winchester mattress queen size
I purchased a queen size Simmons Winchester bed and base 15 months ago. I had waited 20 years to be able to afford a Simmons bed and was SO excited. The bed needs to be turned every month and they have a system of months printed at the bottom of each in groups of 3 months. Each month you need to turn the mattress so the month you're going into shows at the top of the mattress on the bottom of the bed. However, there are NO lifting straps on the side of the bed AT ALL. I am a woman in my 60's and it has become a huge problem getting this bed turned. I can turn it aournd but to flip it over or sideways is impossible. The mattress is very large and very HEAVY. I live alone and have to find other people to help me which is not always possible. If there were side straps it would make it a lot easier. For such an expensive, heavy bed, one would think they would NOT cut corners like handling straps. The bed also sags where one is sleeping so the bed MUST be turned regularly. I'm really sorry I bought it now as I have no-one to help me turn it regularly and have to consider finding another more manageable or no-turn mattress. Such a waste of hard-earned money.

Absolutely brilliant. Costa was an absolute star and went the extra mile. My outer bathroom wall had a pin***** leak just above the wall for months. It only became noticeable once the wall was totally saturated and started to bubble. He sorted it out professionally, worked to his timetable without exception and his crew cleaned and tidied up after each and every day. Very impressed indeed
