Disappointed with Deal Flow Revenue Collection's Inflexible Payment Policy
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Deal Flow Revenue Collection. Despite explaining my financial situation, the agency showed no willingness to consider an affordable repayment plan. I provided proof of my recent employment on a temporary contract, explaining that I was unemployed for some time and could only manage a smaller, reasonable payment amount. Unfortunately, they were unyielding, insisting on a large sum that is well beyond what I can currently afford. It’s disappointing that Deal Flow Revenue Collection doesn’t seem to care about individual circumstances, especially when clients are making an effort to resolve their debt in good faith. This approach lacks empathy and fails to support people who are genuinely trying to manage their financial recovery. I would advise others to be aware of this before engaging with their services.

Unhappy client
I’ve had the worst experience with this gym company. I signed up for a 24-month contract in November 2023, but unfortunately, I was laid off from work in December 2023. In January 2024, I reached out to them to explain my situation and asked if I could pay the cancellation fee once I was employed again. My emails were completely ignored. Instead, I received threats via email, and in May 2024, they issued a garnishment order against me, despite my attempts to communicate. When I showed them proof of my cancellation request, they dismissed it, only to later escalate the matter to debt collectors, claiming I never tried to cancel or make payments. Now that I’m employed again, I’m trying to arrange payments, but they continue to make things difficult. This gym company has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and unwilling to work with me on a reasonable solution. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for a gym with good customer support or understanding.
