The response time for incidents requiring a call out is unacceptable. Last night, we waited for two hours for a technician to arrive at our site to repair a malfunctioning lift. During this time, an elderly lady was trapped in the lift. This situation is concerning and requires immediate attention to prevent similar incidents in the future.
In August 2022, we terminated our services with Schindler. However, they continued to deduct debit orders from our account. It took nine months of following up before they finally ceased the unauthorized deductions. Since May 2023, we have been requesting a refund of the wrongfully deducted funds. Each time we inquire about the status of our refund, we are told that it is awaiting approval for release. Despite assurances of a refund, we have yet to receive the promised reimbur*****t.
